What is a Break Room?
The Break Room offers a safe place for people to shatter away their anger – literally! Break a bottle, throw a plate at a wall, or take a sledgehammer to a printer. It’s truly the therapy you never knew you needed. The Break Room aims to smash items that feel good destroying, but also your expectations with all around customer service and atmosphere that is great for everyone from kids to corporate team building, bachelor parties and more!

Melinda grew up in Manchester & has lived in NH her entire life. Melinda is all about family, friends, community, giving back, traveling, food & fun. Shortly after opening The Rugged Axe with her husband, she wanted to open a break room therapy facility. It took 8 months before finding the perfect place! She is excited about creating a fun space for all ages to feel empowered, heal through various therapies and just let lose! Her goal is to make everyone that walks through the door feel like family.
