We offer 3 large rooms for any amount of energy you're looking to unleash. While a lot of places flaunt breaking things out of fury and rampage, we're a place that values the feeling after - the therapeutic euphoria of what it is to express an intense energy physically. For everything from coming in alone, to full on parties and corporate events, we can take care of stress relief of all sizes.

Safety gear is designed to fit guests ages 16 and up. Safety first, smash second! 💥

Schedule Your Visit

Got some aggression to let out or just want to smash some stuff?  Come release your stress by smashing objects in a room with fun weapons like a baseball bat, golf club or heavy tool!  Schedule your visit, select your session length, room and add-ons.

All smashers must be 16 or older.

Release the Energy

This is the easiest part! Place the object in front of you, grab a weapon, and swing as hard as you can. For bonus points, think about something that really pisses you off while doing it. You’ll leave feeling like a million bucks!
